The Longsight Transport Project began life in 2002 with the aim of giving local people a voice on transport and related issues. The project has dealt with a range of local transport issues over the last 7 years and in 2005 launched a transport radio show, On the Move, on south Manchester community radio station ALL FM.

A number of briefings on the work of the project are now available online on the Transport Longsight website. On the Move can be heard on Tuesdays at 10am on ALL FM 96.9. Clips from the show are also available on the On the Move website.
