Lee Gosling
SMT TRAINING provides a range of high quality business services to equip the Voluntary Sector and its partners with effective strategic and operational management skills and techniques and to support them in being successful enterprises.
Lee Gosling is the Managing Director of and Chief Facilitator for SMT TRAINING. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Management holding their level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management.
Over the past 20 years he has been a successful practicing manager in the private and voluntary sectors, operated at executive level in statutory partnerships and has designed and delivered management and personal development training programmes at all levels and across all sectors.
Companies he has supported with training have included KPMG, GEC and the Japan Railways Group. He has designed and delivered training for groups as diverse as prison inmates, senior managers, youth-workers and disaffected young people with very challenging behaviour. He has also managed a number of high profile crime and drug reduction programmes for the Youth Justice Board and the Home Office, within his role as manager of a Fairbridge Team.
He has recently worked as a 'Consultant in Residence' for GMCVO designing a range of courses in Tendering and Procurement and Strategic Management, as well as delivering workshops in partnership with GMCVO and the DSC at their recent Winterfair.
He has also recently spoken at a number of national conferences including the Institute of Outdoor Learning.

- providing a range of solutions for managers and employees at all levels .... for example we can now offer full packages of accredited training for organisations in First Aid and Health and Safety, and also run 'Induction to Management Skills' courses and coaching sessions for new managers and supervisors, alongside our 'Strategic Management Programmes' for Senior Executives and Trustees.
