New learning project launched
A brand new project to develop the skills of the voluntary and community sector across Greater Manchester was launched in February at GMCVO.
Led by Tameside 3rd Sector Coalition, the iLearn programme will offer a range of informal and innovative learning opportunities free of charge to the voluntary and community organisations in Greater Manchester.
• ILM level 3 award in workplace coaching for team leaders and first line managers;
• Become a coach/mentor or access coaching/mentoring to help you improve what you do;
• Learn and share with your peers through action learning;
• Undertake work shadowing with another organisation, or have someone shadow your organisation.
If you work or volunteer in the sector and would like to take advantage of these opportunities to increase your skill levels, contact Stuart Vaughan at T3SC, tel 0161 339 4985, e-mail stuart.vaughan@t3sc.org.
