Beverley Taylor

Beverley Taylor has worked with voluntary and community organisations since 1990 and has been a freelance management trainer and consultant since 1998.

Beverley has delivered accredited management development programmes for GMCVO, Voluntary Action Sheffield and Bradford Joint Training Board, as well as many short courses across the North of England. Beverley works with individual organisations to help them develop consultation strategies, organise events, write business plans, create fundraising strategies, clarify responsibilities of management committees and review their work programmes.

In the past, Beverley has worked as a community development worker setting up new projects, supporting existing ones and promoting partnership working between statutory and voluntary agencies.  She has been the Director of a small national volunteer agency and the Training Manager for GMCVO between 1995-98.

In a voluntary capacity, Beverley has been a trustee of a medium-sized housing association, set up a childcare project and is currently a governor of a primary school in York.
