Community Regeneration is a not-for-profit community architects practice, established in 1983, providing a friendly, professional service to the community, voluntary, charity and faith groups who want to develop or improve community facilities in their neighbourhood. A specialist support service, with an established track record in the field of community building design, the practice is registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Experience of a wide range of community buildings projects including redevelopment, alteration, extension and improvement of older buildings, through to new-build design and environment-conscious low-energy schemes.
The scope of service provision is tailored to suit the particular requirements of each client organisation, usually staarting with an initial feasibility appraisal, followed by design proposals, submission for statutory consents and construction phases to completion. The practice operates a flexible professional fee structure and provides early advice and guidance on likely fee levels in relation to the conventional "work stages" of the service.
