The North West Transport Activists Roundtable (NWTAR), an organisation which campaigns for sustainable transport and healthier lives, has recently launched a new website.

NWTAR is an umbrella organisation which works to promote sustainable transport and sustainable land use to regional agencies and local authorities across the North West. Current projects include an ongoing involvement in the Mottram-Tintwistle bypass public enquiry and a formal objection to the planning applications associated with the Mersey Gateway project.

The website features information about current consultations, perspectives on sustainable transport and other documents of interest to transport campaigners.
