Strategic Planning & Practice - March 2015

Registration is closed for this event
Strategy and ‘being strategic’ is important in our organisations as we respond to the ever shifting demands of the external environment.

Every organisation has its own purpose and ambitions and yet faces constant challenge and change from the outside world in carrying these out. Keeping focussed can be difficult. If you want to ensure you, people in your organisation and your supporters and funders understand and are following your ambitions, then learning about strategic planning will help.

This two-day course offers you a practical and interactive insight into what is meant by strategic planning and how to carry it out. We will highlight good practice in strategic planning and writing strategic plans that engage and are understood by your whole organisation.

This course is recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), but requires no assessment.
Recognised courses are a useful way to achieve learning in this important area without the time constraints of completing assignments.

Through Skills Support for the Workforce, Greater Manchester, GMCVO is able to offer fully funded training for eligible learners.

Do you work for a small or medium organisation, or are you Self-employed? Is your workplace based in Greater Manchester? YES?

Then you may be eligible to participate in the newly designed two day Strategic Planning & Practice course (Recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management - ILM) FULLY FUNDED (the full course fee would normally cost £239.00). For eligibility details see bottom of this page.
