A training day for managers and team leaders who want to develop and implement strategies that cultivate the workforce in becoming more positive, motivated, optimistic, resilient and happier.

 

Using the Emotional Intelligence model and its four key components of self-awareness, managing emotions, relationships and social skills. The day looks at gaining skills and strategies in each of these areas to enhance an ‘open’ working environment with you and your employees to show positive behaviours and demonstrate empowering relationships with each other and service users.
