Consultant required to develop partnerships with voluntary groups in Oldham

Voluntary Action Oldham (VAO) is seeking to commission a consultant to carry out a series of workshops to develop formal partnership(s) with voluntary sector providers in Oldham.
This work would include developing the mechanisms that will underpin the partnerships and identifying and facilitating opportunities for collaborative bids or tenders to emerging opportunities. The consultant will also liaise with Oldham Council and NHS commissioners to identify market opportunities for the sector and facilitate the opportunity for ongoing dialogue between commissioners and the partnerships.
Work to be completed in full by September 2012.
The maximum budget for the work is £16,000.
