Transport advice for voluntary groups

The Greater Manchester Community Transport Forum is trying to identify voluntary projects that operate their own vehicles or have transport needs in order to:
• Offer free advice, support and membership of the forum to ensure that good, safe & legal operation of vehicles in the third sector is as widespread as possible;
• Encourage brokerage/vehicle management and to relive the admin burden of running vehicles;
• To promote locally available community transport services to those projects with transport/training needs;
• Develop a database of third sector vehicle operators across Greater Manchester.
