New guidance on trustee payments and expenses

The Charities Act 2006 allows trustees to be paid for providing goods and services to their charity (but not for being a trustee).
New guidance from the Charity Commission explains what this change will mean in practice. It lists the types of service covered by the Act and sets out the conditions that must be followed to avoid any conflicts of interest.
