TravelWatch NorthWest Bus Travel Survey 2008

TravelWatch Northwest, the independent public transport users' forum, has published a report on bus services and passenger facilities in the North West. The report paints a fairly mixed picture - with buses generally being clean and standards of driving being high, but with poor provision of information and basic facilities. The report was compiled from 292 mystery shopper journeys during spring and summer 2008.
