Open Public Services – Passage of a Bill

The Open Public Services white paper was launched last summer to look at the reform of public services, particularly in terms of increasing the role of charities, social enterprises and the voluntary sector in public service delivery. In order to understand the process further, this free workshop will explore the stages that the bill would go through, their relative importance and ways to engage and influence. Organised by Voluntary Sector North West and the Parliamentary Outreach Service. Lunch provided.
