Transport Seminars
The Transport Resource Unit at GMCVO works with the University of Manchester, the Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transport and Transport for Greater Manchester to deliver an annual programme of seminars on the transport issues of the day.
These seminars offer transport professionals, interest groups and interested individuals the chance to hear from knowledgeable practitioners and experts about contemporary and emerging topics in transport policy and provision, debate the issues involved, and contribute to the wider transport debate.
The theme for 2011/12 is:
'Delivering better transport; a journey from austerity to growth'.
Seminars are held on Wednesdays, 17:15 for 17:30 start at the University of Manchester, room A101, Samuel Alexander Building, Lime Grove (off Oxford Road) M13 9PL.
