Working together to respond to funding cuts

Examples of how local authorities and voluntary sector organisations are working together to minimise the impact of spending cuts are highlighted in a new document.
The booklet, published jointly by the Office for Civil Society and NAVCA, is intended as a "resource for local authorities making difficult funding decisions". It features five case studies and gives a few principles of good practice – in the areas of communication, collaboration, transparency, strong leadership and robust evidence.
