GM's Hidden Talent's delivery centres on holistic and individualised employment support for hidden young people. This guidance is provided by Talent Coaches, who work one-to-one with young people for a period of up to two years.
Talent Coach support extends far beyond the process of helping young search for and apply for jobs. It involves activity as varied as providing guidance on living situations, assisting with access to benefits, providing mental health support, confidence building and continued coaching and mentoring for young people who start work.

Gavin and Ben from the GMCVO-based GM's Hidden Talent Project Team, take a look at how Talent Coaches have adapted the way they support young people at this difficult time.
