GMCVO have launched the third stage of a grants programme to get Greater Manchester Walking.

Funded by Greater Manchester Moving (with money from Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership), partnership grants of up to £15,000 are being offered to support activities that encourage people who are usually less active to start or increase the amount they walk regularly.

We are holding a briefing event to give potential applicants information about the broader context of the grants, the criteria and decision making process and give opportunity for attendees to ask any questions.

Venue: GMCVO, St Thomas Centre, Ardwick Green North, Manchester, M12 6FZ (Visitor Information)

Date: Thursday 27th February 2020

Time: 13:30 registration, 14:00 start, 15:30 end

The grants are for new or existing partnerships, led by a voluntary, community or social enterprise organisation, that are working together to get more people in Greater Manchester walking regularly.

There is a two stage process with the deadline to submit an Expression of Interest at 17:00 on Monday 23rd March 2020.
