Delivery Style
The delivery will be facilitator led, inclusive to all & deferential of individuals preferred learning styles. Solution focused in approach, the training taps into positive psychology methods with a backdrop of Emotional Intelligence models to embed learning.
Activity based, creative and lots of fun, the training day will ensure something for everyone to take away with them & use beyond the day itself. Clear outcomes will be used to ensure that programme aims have been met.

Course FEE and PAYMENT in advance of the course start date:
As of the 1st of April 2016, all courses starting after the 31st of March will need to be paid for in advance of the course start date to secure a place.
If paying offline, after the initial booking, you will have reserved a place and cancellation conditions will still apply but until you pay for your place your registration will remain pending. Once the outstanding balance is paid your booking will be changed to registered and you will receive an automated confirmation email confirming this.
Late bookings – within two week of course start date:
If making a booking within two weeks of the course start date, you will need to either pay online when you make the booking or by BACs shortly after to secure your place. If an invoice is required before payment can be made, contact us immediately after booking.
