Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation

ERDF - Business Support Call in Greater Manchester.

An event to inform Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations of the recent European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Business Support projects on 2nd March 2018.

Business Support calls announced in March 2018:

  • Support for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (Priority Axis 3);
  • Shift to a Low Carbon Economy (Priority Axis 4);
  • Promoting Research and Innovation (PA1)

Find further information about these Calls for proposals on the GMCVO website here.

The purpose of this event will be to:

  • Provide attendees with a general update of what has been happening recently on the European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) programme;
  • To introduce attendees to the Business Support projects anounced in Greater Manchester;
  • For VCSE colleagues to meet and make connections with potential bidders for the Business Support calls;

Also, this event will be a good opportunity to meet with key organisations interested in this project either as: procurement managers, gateway organisations written into the project call, or potential bidders. GMCVO are particularly keen to ensure that social enterprises and groups working in the social economy are represented at this event so that their specific support needs can be heard.

This event is part of the Technical Assistance project part funded by the European Union.
