Speakers include:

Ms. Gisela Abbam - Chair at the British Science Association & Global Goodwill Ambassador

Gisela is a Global Goodwill Ambassador, a global Senior Executive and thought leader, who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through the prioritization of Health. She is also the Chair of the British Science Association whose vision is a world where science is at the heart of culture and society. She was the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Company Officer for Abt Associates, one of the top 20 global research firms and top 40 international development innovators. Prior to joining Abt, Gisela was the Global Executive Director for General Electric (GE) Healthcare Government Affairs & Policy, a newly created role that she was tasked to design and execute. As the leader for this pioneering team, she was responsible for the strategic direction of government affairs and policy for the $18 billion business unit that provides transformational medical technologies in over 100 countries.

Mr. Andrew Pearce - Managing Director at Accenture

Globally Andrew is one of Accenture’s cross-cultural leads, tasked with educating and setting best practice examples for working across cultures and ethnicities. He has been the executive sponsor for Accenture’s African-Caribbean Network for the last four years, representing the interests of its 360 employee members at UK Board Level, and working with global leadership on the broader I&D agenda. He is accountable for all annual network events, including a series of prominent Black History Month events, and oversees several ethnic minority recruitments, development, progression, and retention activities. Under his leadership, they also won Network of the Year for their internal inclusion efforts.

Ms. Colette Comerford - Head of Inclusion & Culture at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM).

Colette is a member of the Diversity Project Steering Group - a cross-company initiative championing a more inclusive culture within the Savings and Investment profession. We aim to achieve diversity across all dimensions, including gender, ethnicity, socio-economic background, LGBTI+, age, and disability. Colette is an LGBT Great Role Model and on the Telegraph's Diversity and Inclusion advisory board

Mr. Andres Honeywell - Customer Strategy and Tax Design at HM Revenue & Customs

Andres is a seasoned technology and change disruption leader with over 20 years’ experience who enjoys helping businesses to harness the power of technology solutions through modern-day digitalization and data to improve consumer interactions to deliver against the business strategy and drive growth. His aim and purpose is to celebrate diversity and use it as a catalyst for breakthrough business performance and continuous growth.

Mr. Ezechi Britton - Founding Partner, Principal & CTO in Residence at Impact X Capital Partners LLP

From Developer to Co-Founder and CTO to serial entrepreneur and VC. It's been quite a journey! Ezechi is also a finalist for Venture Capitalist of the Year by Inclusive Tech Alliance.
