Valuing the role of the voluntary and community sector in research

Tue, 01 Feb 2022

11:00 - 13:30

Online

Join us to discuss how the research community can better support the voluntary and community sector to engage in social care research and influence the research agenda.

Hosted in partnership with the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research Design Service West Midlands and North West and BVSC Research, this is the first of two events that will address barriers to voluntary and community sector engagement in research, and how the sector can help drive evidence-based practice in social care.

We are especially keen to hear from voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations that currently find it difficult to get involved in research and would like to be more research active.

This event is the first part of two events. The second one is on 10 March.
