The St Thomas Conference Centre runs over 600 meetings and events per year, welcoming approximately 15,000 people each year [figures based on 2015/16]. This is primarily used as a resource for the voluntary and community sector.
As well as solid practical skills (setting up rooms and equipment, or preparing drinks for a conference of 140), you’ll also need to be a good communicator of people, both face to face and on the phone.
Hours: 10 hours per week
Salary: Salary NJC pts 17 (£17,772) pro rata per annum (£5,077.71) plus 7% pension contribution and Death in Service insurance.
