GM i-THRIVE: the transformation of children’s services across Greater Manchester, have launched a GM i-THRIVE Arts and Mental Health Innovation Programme Survey (Manchester University Hospitals Foundation Trust). This programme is unique to GM i-THRIVE in the context of a 30+ year history of arts and health research in Manchester.
A fast-growing evidence base shows that arts and culture can improve self-esteem, confidence, relationships and belonging - all of which are linked to resilience and wellbeing. GM i-THRIVE needs your experience and expertise to explore the role of creative and cultural interventions as part of a more versatile, empowering and sustainable clinical offer. It is known that there is provision happening across GM and it is therefore important that good practice is identified and supported.
The short survey will help GM i-THRIVE to understand what provision and activities currently exist, and the impact arts options have on the children and young people you work with, and facilitate partnerships between the arts and health sectors.
All arts organisations are invited to complete this survey which should take between 5 and 10 minutes: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/TM7BJVK
