At this event, Giles Wilmore, Associate Lead for Person Centred and Community Approaches at the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership updated delegates on the GM PCCA programme and PCCA Charter to date and introduced a number of facilitated workshops designed to obtain and capture delegate input/feedback around the following topics:
a) Whether person and community centred approaches, such as social prescribing and personal budgets, are making a difference and having impact on the health and wellbeing of communities in GM?
b) How the GM VCSE sector can help to shape and communicate a new way of working in relation to PCCA?
c) To identify how the person and community centred approaches agenda can be built to ensure it can influence health and wellbeing delivery in GM for the long term?
Feedback from facilitated workshop discussion will be added to this page in due course.
