Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales are inviting submissions of bids for some Consultancy support to help them take forward work they are doing for their new strategy, focussing upon collaborations.
They are seeking external advice, assistance and challenge to come and test where they have got to so far and to help to develop it further. In particular to:

Test their working model for collaborations and assumptions about what is and is not in scope and their potential role as Lloyds Bank Foundation in supporting collaborations that are at different stages through funding, capacity building, networking and other support to increase their chance of success;

Look at other existing and comparable models of collaboration looking to achieve change in places (i.e., not collaborations around service delivery alone) and what they could learn from them.
This work will be through a mixture of desk-based analysis of their work to date, conversations with the Foundation team, bringing in insight learned from elsewhere and consultations (online and in person as appropriate) with others.
