GMCVO, with funding from Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership (GMICP), are delivering year four of a grants programme to support the mental wellbeing of people from communities of identity or experience, based in Greater Manchester.
This first round is specifically for faith organisations (an organisation whose primary function is the delivery of religious activity) – This round is currently closed as we have reached the maximum funding pot, it may re-open at the end of July.
A second round will open later this month to any small voluntary, community or social enterprise (VCSE) organisations based in Greater Manchester.
Evidence shows that there are steps that can be taken to improve mental health and wellbeing. We ask that organisations think creatively about how the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ could be used to support people. These include connecting with others, getting active, mindfulness, learning new things and giving to others.
In this rolling micro-grants round, faith-based VCSE organisations can apply for grants of up to £1,000 to run activities that will support the mental wellbeing of people from the communities of identity or experience listed below.
