The NHS is about to receive £22 billion of extra funding and is drawing up a 10 year long term plan. Greater Manchester is calling for its share of the money. We want to make sure that the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector can be involved.
You can help by sending just one paragraph telling us about your best health and social care related work that has evidence of making an impact in one of the themes from the Greater Manchester Population Health programme (click here to view). We will collate these examples and evidence into a prospectus for the VCSE sector that will be presented to senior decision-makers.
Please fill in the details below and send back to Kat Rado-Barnes via firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of Friday 18th January 2019
Details of work – please provide one paragraph (maximum 300 words please):
Evidence of impact (eg cost savings) - please provide a headline statistic and if possible a link to any published evidence*:
An email address by which we can stay in touch with you about this work:
• You can send us multiple paragraphs about your multiple projects and pieces of work but only one paragraph for each please
• * for small groups without ‘published evidence’ we will be sharing overarching evidence of the impact of the work of small groups for example via social prescribing schemes
