How has coronavirus affected your mental health?
That’s the question that National Mind asked people at the start of lockdown. Now, one year on, they have asked again to understand the ongoing impact of the pandemic.
and received responses from nearly 12,000 people with mental health problems, both adults and young people. They’ve shared the personal impact, how they’ve coped, if and how they got support and how they think easing restrictions might affect their mental health. This important research will help us understand people’s experiences and fight for what matters to them. It also gives National Mind clear evidence to help shape their provision of effective mental health services for the future.
