GMCVO are recruiting for two full time roles to work across our range of investment funds that have been designed to support organisations and businesses trading for social good to grow their activities and impact:
Portfolio Manager
35 hours per week
Starting salary £35,173 plus 7% employer pension contribution
Working with our portfolio of investees, you will support them through their investment agreements, particularly where they are experiencing difficulty. You will also be responsible for providing monitoring and reporting of the portfolio to funders.
This role would best suit someone with prior experience of banking, social investment or grant making and is interested in using that experience along with good interpersonal skills to benefit the social investment sector.
Investment Officer
35 hours per week
Starting salary £30,617 plus 7% employer pension contribution
You will support the delivery of our range of investment funds, working with social enterprises, community businesses and trading charities across Greater Manchester to take on social investment.
This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about social investment, social enterprise and social impact and would like to move into the social investment sector. You do not need previous experience of social investment as we will provide full training.
