NHS England are hosting a session on 7th August 2018 at the Kia Oval, London from 11.30am – 3.45pm offering an opportunity for people with an experience of social prescribing to come and meet the National Strategic Co-production group for Personalised Care. Travel arrangements for delegates will be arranged and paid for by NHS England.
The National Strategic Coproduction Group is made up of people with lived experience of personalised approaches to care and support, as somebody who is disabled, living with a long-term condition or a mental health problem, or as a family carer. The group was formed just over 2 years ago, and has been integral to the development of the work undertaken by the Personalised Care programme.
Individuals attending this event will be able to hear first-hand about some of the work that the group does and how, people with Lived Experience can bring their different experiences to inform and shape the Personalised Care programme going forward.
