On Friday 24th March 2023, we were joined by Dr Jon Dean, Sheffield Hallam University, to hear about using social media research methods, drawing on a project exploring what young people think about charity on social media. The session outlined how amalgamated social media feeds can be created, how to use them to ask research questions, and the benefits and drawbacks to such an approach.
