The Ambition for Ageing Equalities Board has launched a new report evaluating their experience of microfunding five community-led equalities research projects. The five research reports – four from BAME organisations and one from a user-led mental health project - have also been launched.
The report contains a range of detailed recommendations for commissioners and others interested in microfunding community organisations to carry out equalities research projects in marginalised communities.
The Equalities Board is run by the LGBT Foundation as part of the GMCVO-led Ambition for Ageing programme.
