A post-election briefing for leaders of voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations in Greater Manchester.
Following the election of a Labour government on 4th July after 14 years of Conservative leadership, this session hosted by GMCVO on 31st July shared more about the impact of a change in government and what this means for a more inclusive economy.
Graham Whitham, CEO at Resolve Poverty (formerly GM Poverty Action) spoke about the potential impact on people within our communities and John Hannen, CEO at GMCVO focused on the new governments plans for growth and how these will affect the social economy in Greater Manchester.
