Resonance Community Developers fund aims to invest in projects looking to develop community-led and owned assets such as affordable housing, and sports and leisure facilities in Greater Manchester. The fund also operates in other parts of the UK.
It aims to support and empower community groups across Greater Manchester by providing social investment loans to deliver solutions to a lack of provision in local neighbourhoods.
GMCVO are the local delivery partner of Resonance Community Developers in Greater Manchester; we provide support to enable local people to design, create and own community assets, focusing on affordable housing and community sports and leisure facilities, to meet local need.
