  • Dealing with nerves and anxieties
  • Your audience’s needs
  • Anticipating audience behaviours
  • The image and behavioural characteristics of the presenter
  • Delivering the presentation
  • The use of words, tone of voice and non-verbal communication when presenting
  • Managing audience interaction
  • Managing difficult audiences and difficult individuals

If you are new to making presentations or you are looking to refine your existing presentation skills, this course will take you through the skills and attitude needed for presenting well each and every time.
