An Accord between the Mayor and GM Combined Authority and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
The Accord is based on the 'manifesto' to which the Mayor committed prior to election and marks the beginning of a new relationship between sectors in Greater Manchester where the VCSE sector is considered as important as the public and private sectors.
The Accord was signed on 7th November 2017 by the Mayor and agreed by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority on 25th November 2017 to take effect from 27th November 2017 for an initial period of five years.
