As part of the Greater Manchester's Hidden Talent (GMHT) programme, the Youth Panel conducted peer evaluations with the programme's Delivery Partners: organisations in each of the local authorities of Greater Manchester that deliver one-to-one employability support to young people.
These evaluations were an opportunity for young people engaging with GMHT to have their say on the support they receive, influence the development and evaluation of the programme, and meet the Youth Panel.
This report, is a faithful representation of the views and voices of the young people who are engaging with the programme, and testament to the value of peer-to-peer exchange in eliciting honest and detailed insights.
