This evaluation report shares the finding from Greater Manchester’s Hidden Talent; a youth employment programme, led by GMCVO, which provided support to young people aged 16 - 25 who were not in education, employment or training (NEET) to progress into education, employment or training.
The report shares more about how the programme was delivered, what it achieved, and lessons for future policy and practice.
It raises important questions about the need for a sustainable and long-term strategy to support young people into employment.
The report was prepared by researchers from the Decent Work and Productivity Research Centre at Manchester Metropolitan University.
