A report of the People’s Procurement research project, one of 10 social experiments from the Action Research Cooperative (ARC) in Greater Manchester. The research brought together academics, procurement practitioners and representatives of the VCSE sector to exchange knowledge and develop creative responses to the emerging urban governance challenges in Greater Manchester.
This report, published by CLES, presents the co-produced priorities which can support the positive development of the social value agenda in the city.
