This research report was funded by DEFRA and carried out by the Rural Resource Unit at GMCVO in 2008. The remit of the research was to examine the issues effecting the rural parish of Saddleworth and explore the role the voluntary and community sector might have in delivering services as part of the Local Area Agreements process.
