Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisation

Volunteering Greater Manchester

Volunteering Greater Manchester is an alliance of organisations from all sectors that are committed to promoting and enabling volunteering. It arises from the partnership involved in delivering the Volunteering Greater Manchester project (2010-13) and continues as a strategic group. The partners believe that volunteering is crucial to the present and future of the people of Greater Manchester, and are committed to working together towards realising the vision. Volunteering Greater Manchester is hosted by GMCVO and has an independent chair, Lindsay Gilbert from the University of Manchester.
